Meet Our Latest Franchisees Helen, Mark and the Family
Western Suburbs, Perth, WA. – Grasshopper Soccer, the engaging children’s soccer program best known for its focus on child development using soccer as a tool, would like to welcome our latest Franchisees to join the team Helen and Mark Secrette from the Western Suburbs of Perth.
Helen and her families journey started in 2011 with their older two children being part of the Grasshopper Soccer Applecross programs.
Fast forward 9 years and the older children have progressed to coaching at the Subiaco and Como locations. Connor is about to begin year 12 and sister Zaria is going into year 11, is a dedicated competitive swimmer and will also continue to coach at Grasshopper. The family also have another little Grasshopper, Xanthe, who is developing her skills at the Cottesloe location and is loving the programs.
Helen said “Mark and I decided we needed our own tops to fit in with the children, so we jumped at the opportunity to acquire an existing franchise in the community where we live.”
Aimed at positively impacting children’s lives, Grasshopper Soccer strives to be the best part of a child’s week through best-in-class coaching, communication, and curriculum. Serving children ages two through twelve, the program features professional coaches in the community, an exceptional customer experience including ongoing communication and an expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
The weekly programs, customized for five different age groups, teach children soccer fundamentals and character-building skills. Grasshopper Soccer hosts private sessions through local schools and childcare centers as well as public programs, which are typically hosted through council parks.
