Dean became a Grasshopper Soccer franchisee in January this year and since training and induction was completed, he has had an exciting start to his business. With over 500 children taking part in his programs in his very first term Dean said “Our first term through challenges our way with Covid delaying our start then we were hit with the floods, but we have come through the other side. Oliver our 4-year-old joins in every weekend at Grasshopper Soccer and absolutely loves it!”

Before buying his Grasshopper Soccer franchise, Dean worked for McDonalds for over 20 years and his wife Katie works in the employment/Training industry. Dean and Katie have 2 boys, Jayden 10 and Oliver 4 and sport has always been a huge part of their lives.

Dean said “When Katie and I came across Grasshopper soccer it ticked a lot of boxes for us. Jayden our oldest has played soccer since he was in day care and continues to play competitive soccer. Last year I coached his U10’s team and this only helped us decide that Grasshopper Soccer was right for us.”
